Making A Purchase

We accept American Express, Discovery, Master Card, Visa, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Check or COD Payment. (COD = Money Order or Cashiers Check only) Please note that there is a post office charge of $9.50 for COD deliveries.

Delivery Schedule

Products are usually shipped the same business day after the order is received and payment approved with a parcel pickup at 3:00pm (Eastern Standard Time). For rush delivery charges and for delivery outside continental U.S. please request our Alaska and Hawaii handling and delivery charge list.

Taxes and The Law

Our Company is located in the State of New York and all orders sold within the State of New York are subject to a 8.00% New York sales tax. Tobacco sales in the State of New York also incur a 37 % New York State tobacco excise Tax which is paid by American Thrust Tobacco LLC. All tobacco products sold by American Thrust Tobacco LLC is purchased from MSA and MSA compliant companies and all MSA fees are paid. All tobacco is subject to a Federal Excise tax which is also paid by American Thrust Tobacco LLC. Customers are responsible to comply with their state regulations and any additional applicable state taxes.

Age Verification Policy

AMERICAN THRUST TOBACCO does not solicit or accept orders from anyone under the age of 21 years. We utilize multiple third-party, secure age verification services which search various government databases to confirm that the date of birth and address information provided by each customer is accurate. No personal information is retained by these services. If, for some reason, these services cannot confirm your provided information, you will be notified along with a request for additional information to confirm your age.

AMERICAN THRUST TOBACCO uses VERATAD AGEMATCH / IDMATCH VERIFICATION TECHNOLOGIES which is an industry leading verification solution provider positively recognized by the US Department of Justice, State regulators and other Government bodies as an effective solution for both Age and ID authentication.

Once you have entered your billing, shipping and date-of-birth information, you will authorize us to verify the accuracy of your information. If you have moved recently please include the previous address to insure the verification process. Your order cannot be completed without this authorization. We are committed to prohibiting tobacco and tobacco related product purchases by anyone who is not 21 years of age.

We will replace one cigarette machine with another repaired and refurbished machine. One cigarette rolling machine per $250.00 order. Simply great as a secondary backup machine. This service is free. For customer loyalty, we will continue the warranty, and keep you rolling.

We stand behind everything we say, ship and provide. If you are not satisfied with any unused item you purchased from us, please return it and we will replace it, exchange it, or refund your money... Its that simple! Best of all, you'll never pay a restocking fee! Our goal is your complete shopping satisfaction.

Shipping

United Parcel Service (UPS): Our preferred shipping method is UPS ground providing “To Your Door Service” and may take from 1 day to 5 days depending on time of year and the region being shipped to. UPS provides online package tracking , COD service and package insurance.

United States Postal Service (USPS): is available for shipping to Post Box addresses and where postal delivery is more practical for the customer.
